Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry in my shop, I can only accommodate EXCHANGES or SHOP CREDIT if you are unhappy with your purchase. Only items unworn and in the same condition in which you received them will be considered along with original packaging. All exchanges must be made within two weeks of receiving your piece in the mail. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact me here and I will provide you with instructions. If you cannot find another piece you would like for exchange, I will issue a shop credit that is good for one year from the date of purchase. Return are only accepted for default of product by Rachel.
